Production...Rescheduling

I am glad to say we are making progress on this project. To pick up where we left off, I am done reviewing the clips that Andres and Franchesca filmed over spring break. Frankly, we are all happy with the result. The clips we have so far all make up one minute, about half the time of the opening sequence. So, that means we only have a minute left of content we can include. We still need to film scenes between Santana and Maria, Joseph, and Ellie. To do this, we got permission to film in our school's court room. However, we cannot go whenever we want. Our teacher agreed to let us use the court room during second or fourth period. At first, we discussed going today during second period, but Franchesca had a test to make up since that is her study hall period. So, we settled to film the scenes in the court room next week. I for one am looking forward to this, since most of the scenes being filmed here will reveal the story. I am set to play Maria, Detective Santana's secretary. In the beginning scenes, I am meant to introduce the character Joseph and his background to Santana, which he then finds out Joseph embezzled twenty thousand dollars from his company. The next scene I am in is the scene where Santana blows off Ellie after she asks for help. I am on the phone with him, where I can easily tell he is distracted. I tell him to get it together and focus, and get his detective work done. I am excited to film these scenes since I have never considered myself an actress. I think it will be a fun experience, considering our movie is crime related and we have an actual courtroom at school. I know I will not be perfect, but maybe I will enjoy acting more than I think I will.
